Who we are

Bossa Commerce is a marketplace management agency based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We manage Amazon and Mercado Livre operations for CPG brands. For anything related to this policy, write to hello@bossacommerce.com.

Information we collect

Contact and quote forms: name, email, company, revenue range, and message. Submissions are delivered to our email inbox through a form processing provider.

Client marketplace data: for clients under a signed service agreement, we access marketplace account data (sales, inventory, fees, listings, advertising) only after the client authorizes us through the marketplace's official authorization flow.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals, and to deliver contracted services including weekly reporting.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or client data. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate this site and our services (hosting, email delivery) and where required by law.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Client data is handled according to each service agreement.

Under the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at hello@bossacommerce.com.
